Spell it out!

Yesterday I had some Half.com stuff I had to send out and I just haven't been a good girl getting to the post office. The firewall guy recommended that I ask the mailroom guy and just give him the dough. So that is exactly what I did.

My 3 packages came out to $4.93 and I had a $10 so I came right back with a $5. The mailroom guy said to me, "Is that it? Just $5?" So I told him that it was just change and I didn't need it back. So this got me to thinking, a) was he expecting a tip or b) did he think it came out to more?

I just hope he sent my packages out.
